Who doesn’t love a warm, crunchy BLT? Our waistlines, that’s who. The calorie, sodium and fat counts that bacon packs is unreal — but if you find the right cut and bake it rather than fry it, you’ll have less to worry about in the nutrition department. At only 184 calories per wrap, it might be tough not to make this every day!
Pro tips:
If you don’t have a rimmed baking sheet, just make sure to fold up the edges of the foil to make rims. That way, the run-off bacon fat won’t spill into the oven.
Mix things up by using a yellow tomato instead of red to help yourself bulk it up with a different type of lettuce leaf (like Romaine), or add arugula!
Recipe: Light and Easy BLT Wrap
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
Serving size: 1 wrap
Ingredients
8 slices center-cut low sodium pork bacon
4 Flatout® Light Original Flatbreads
4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
8 Iceberg lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, sliced in 8 thin rounds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, and place a cooling rack on top of the foil.
Lay the bacon strips on the rack, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until desired crispness.
To assemble the wraps: spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each wrap and layer 2 lettuce leaves, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 slices of tomato.
Roll up like a burrito, slice in half and eat immediately.
The SI Joint and Pain Associated with the Lower Back. Lower back
pain, sciatica, and piriformis syndrome are all extremely painful and it
seems as though many people have the symptoms related to these
conditions, but the methods of relief are all very different.
Robin
A. McKenzie was a PT and a specialist in reducing the pain associated
with disc issues. The conditions often result in a pain that radiates
from the glutes down to the toes and all throughout the leg. The
sensation is a tingling or numbing pain that hurts whether you are
sitting, standing, walking or even lying down.
The exercise
shown in this video is known as the McKenzie press up and has helped to
alleviate the pain I had and took the peripheral pain and centralized it
to my mid to lower back which is a GOOD SIGN!

Many people suffer from lower back pain due to tight hamstrings. The
most effective way to prevent a pulled hamstring or a hamstring strain
is to properly perform hamstring exercises, lower body stretching
exercises, and lower back exercises on a regular basis. This will
greatly prevent one from experiencing hip pain, leg pain, and/or
numbness in the legs and feet. Outlined in this video is a simple
hamstring stretch to relieve lower back pain. I recommend performing 2-3
sets for 20-30 seconds on each side.

Pair these yummy kabobs with a delicious side of vegetables and you have a quick and easy meal that you whole family will enjoy.
Soak wooden skewers in water 15-20 minutes before using. Wrap ends with foil before grilling to prevent them from burning. If using metal skewers, use just 1 metal skewer when assembling each kabob.
