1 large grapefruit
¼ lemon
1 piece of ginger
2 oranges
Preparation:
First wash the vegetables well under running water, then wash and mix it into blender. Strain and transfer the resulting juice in a glass bottle.
Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach or between meals.
